Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 pint. fingerling potatoes, cut into pieces
    2 tomatoes
    Mrs Dash, salt and pepper to taste
    3 bay leaves
    1 1/3 c lentils
    2 cups of argula
    7 c. water

Directions

Combine all but argula in slow cooker - cook for 4-6 hours, when ready to serve, stir in argula (or spinach would work fine as well).
