    1 lb lean ground beef 93/7
    1/4 cup egg subtitute (egg beaters)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup green bell pepper
    1/4 red bell pepper
    1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar


combine first 8 ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands.

put into a pam sprayed loaf pan and let cook covered for about 1 hour

while cooking, mix ketchup and brown sugar

after meatloaf has been cooking for about 1 hour take out of oven, and remove foil. Drain whatever fluid may be in the pan and put ketchup mixture on top and let cook for 20 min. uncovered
