    3 large eggplants /4 cups grilled eggplant
    6 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup tahini
    3 fl oz lemon juice
    1/2 teas cumin ground


16 servings/ .25 cup

Grill eggplants, peel and drain eggplant. Peel garlic. Puree eggplant and garlic. Add lemon juice, tahini, and cumin. Blend all ingrediants. Garnish with olives and or parsley.
