    Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 1 square (1 oz)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 teasoon
    *Flour, white, 1/3 cup
    Baking Powder, 1/8 tsp
    Salt, 1/8 tsp
    *Ghiradelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 6 tbsp


-Preheat the oven to 350. Line a 9-inch round baking pan with foil allowing the excess foil to extend over the rim of the pan by 2 inches. Lightly spray foil with nonstick spray.
-Combine the unsweetened chocolate and the butter in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute, then whick untill smooth. Whisk in coccoa until blended. Whisk in sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir just until blended. Stir in 4 tablespoons of the chocolate chips.
-Scrape the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Bake untill the brownies are firm along the edges and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, or moist crumbs, 12-14 minutes. Let cool completly in the pan on a wire rack. Remove the brownies from the baking pan using the foil handles. Cut into pieces. 1 serving is 1oz
