    1/2 Cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1 Large Egg
    1 Tblsp Multigrain Pancake Mix
    1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 Tblsp Lemon SF Pudding Mix (dry)
    1/4 or so cup water for consistency


Pour batter into small skillet coated with cooking spray and cook on first side until done and flip to finish.

You can thin out the batter for thinner crepe like pancakes. Two pancakes per serving.
