    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 teaspoon onions
    1 teaspoon green bell pepper
    1 teaspoon orange or red bell pepper
    1 teaspoon light margarine
    1 whole wheat tortillia
    Cooking spray


spray a small pan with cooking spray.

melt margarine and add chopped veggies

allow them to saute for just a min.

add egg and salt and pepper if you wish.

put tortillia in mircrowave for about 10 seconds or until it is soft.

fill torillia with egg and veggies

makes 1 serving
