    1.25 lb. Butterball Ground Turkey
    2.5 c. Onion - chopped
    1.5 c. Celery - chopped
    1 c. Bell Pepper - chopped
    35 oz. Black Beans - cooked - w/juice
    10 oz. Rotel
    28 oz. Tomatoes - canned - chopped
    4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    4 cloves Garlic - chopped
    Salt to taste.


Brown turkey and drain. Add onion, celery, garlic, and bell pepper and saute' until vegtables are tender. Blend Black Beans and juice in blender just until blended and add to the meat and vegtables. Stir in the tomatoes, rotel, chili powder and salt. Simmer for about 30 minutes on low giving all the flavors a chance to meld. Makes 16 - 1 cup servings.
