    8 oz cooked roast beef, well done, shredded
    4 oz cooked lean ground turkey (mine had taco seasoning)
    6 cups cooked pinto beans
    1 10 oz can Green Chili Enchilada sauce
    Cilantro (to taste)
    Garlic (I pressed two cloves)
    Green chilis (I chopped some I had)
    2 green onions, chopped


I had already cooked and frozen beef, shredded with chilis and other seasoning in it. I had left over ground turkey from tacos, with taco seasoning. I had approximately 6 cups of cooked pintos, frozen and added them and the juice. I used fresh cilantro, chilis and pressed two cloves of garlic. Into the crockpot and basically warmed them together for about six hours.
