Ingredients

    1.5 # Fresh Asparagus
    3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450*

Prepare Aspargus. Place asparpgus and garlic in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Roast for 10-15 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender, stirring once halfway through. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 (4 oz) servings.
