Introduction

The fat content is a bit high but calorie wise its not bad. You can use lowfat soups and non fat milk to lower calorie and fat I just didn't have them on hand. Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Cream of Chicken soup 2 cans
    Cream of Celery Soup 1 can
    2% Milk 1.5 cup
    Birds Eye California Blend Deluxe Vegetables 4 cup
    Potato 5 small
    Onions 1 small
    Processed Cheese, 16 oz

Directions

Cook potatoes, veggies and onion until tender, drain water. Slightly mash some of the veggies. In another pan add soups, cheese and milk cream together over low heat. Add veggies and soup mixture together add salt ans pepper to taste.

Makes about 15 1-cup servings
