    12 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    3 Eggroll Wrappers (cut 4 circles from each)


Cook ground beef and season with Italian seasonings, garlic or add onion.

While meat is cooking, cut circles from eggroll wrappers (need total of 12).

Mix tomato sauce and meat together. Mix ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese together.

Put it together
Put one circle in bottom of custard dish, layer with spoonful of meat mixture then cheese mixture, add another eggroll circle and layer with meat and cheese, sprinkle a little cheese on top.

Make six custard cups and put them in glass baking dish, fill half-way with hot water and bake until hot and bubbly, around 30 minutes.
