    Bobs Red Mill Whole Grain Quinoa 1/4 cup
    1 cup water
    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 tbsp of honey


bring water to boil
turn down to medium
add 1/4 cup Quinoa
let cook 45 minutes
put in strainer and let water drain
add butter and honey
milk to taste
