    * Celery seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Cucumber (with peel), 16 cup slices (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Salt, .5 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove)
    * Cider Vinegar, 3 cup (remove)


Slice cucumbers and onions and soak overnight in the water and salt mixture. In the morning drain. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, add the drained cucumbers & onions and bring to a boil until tender approximately 15 minutes. Once cooked immediately ladle into sterilized jars, slide a knife down through the mixture in the jar to remove the air bubbles, place cap and screw cap. This recipe makes 13 pint size jars.
