    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.33 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 small
    Brown Sugar, 4.5 tsp packed
    Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh, 1/2 cup


mix all ingredients together and drop about 1/4 cup into hot grease and let bubble, flip and serve

makes about 10-12 pancakes
