Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Broth, 0.25 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Onions, raw, Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup,
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 can
    combign in Bullet and puree... then bring to boil in saucepan and then turn down to low and simmer for 5-10 minuts.

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning (cumin, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, chili powder)
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    1/2 cup fat free yogurt/cottage chease/sourcream... your choice
    zucchini cut and sauted in broth
    Onions and bell peppers
    Fresh Chilantro
    rosted peppers and/or jalepenos


Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Zucchini that has been cut and sauted with onions in chicken broth
