Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tbsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    4 tsp vinegar
    1 cup chocolate chips, if desired

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
Combine wet ingredients with dry until moist

Spray muffin pan with nonstick vegetable spray
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes
Let muffins stand in pan for 10 minutes

Makes 12 muffins
