Ingredients

    1 lb of Beef Stew Meat - cut into smaller pieces
    1 Yellow Onion - sliced
    1 Zucchini - sliced
    1 Squash - sliced
    6 Red Potatoes
    30 Baby Carrots
    7 Cups of Water
    Salt - to taste
    Pepper - to taste
    Lemon Pepper - to taste

Directions

~ Brown the Beef, while seasoning
~ Add onions once meat starts to brown
~ Add, mix in, Vegetables and water
~ Season to taste
~ Cover and let boil for about 45 mins.
* Meat comes out tender and potatoes are soft!
