    Flour, whole grain, 3 grams
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Allspice, 0.5 tsp
    tuna steaks, frozen publix, 250 grams


Mix the salt, flour and allspice together.
Rub the tuna with the mix.
Put aside for 10 minutes until the mix is absorbed.
Grill with one side till it's colour becomes a brown golden like.
Then flip and do the same to the other side.
