    1 1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup cornmeal


Place water and cornmeal in 4cup microwavable bowl.
Stir til smooth.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir until smooth.

The consistency should be pretty thick, pourable, but not runny.

Preheat waffle iron.
Spray with cooking spray.
Pour half of the polenta mixture into the center of the waffle maker.

Close and cook for 10 minutes.
