Introduction

These are outstanding! Really watch 'em in the oven tho'.... they can get over done if you keep them in for even a minute too long. These are outstanding! Really watch 'em in the oven tho'.... they can get over done if you keep them in for even a minute too long.

Ingredients

3-Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 pieces
8-Corn Tortillas, cut into 8 pieces
    Pam cooking spray (or generic)
Dab of olive oil (but can be used without....the nutritional value has it with the oil in it. If you just spray the ingredients with Pam, it's 0 fat)

Directions

1) preheat oven to 350.
2) Cut up tortillas into 8 pieces (or bigger if preferred)
3) spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam cooking spray.
4) Place tortilla chips in a single row for even cooking.
5) Spray chips with cooking spray.
6) Sprinkle with salt if desired (I use Kosher and it's outstanding)
7) Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes. Watch the last two minutes carefully as they can get over brown quickly.
8) This makes two really large helpings, or you can divide for smaller portions. SOOO GOOOD!

    Yum! I used a temp of 400, though. - 1/15/13
