    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 0.5 package (10 oz)
    Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 0.5 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 TBS
    Figs, dried, 8, sliced
    Walnuts, 2 TBP, chopped
    Water, tap, 1 cup


1. Slice onion, thinly and let sit 5 min.
2. Marinate sliced onion in 2 TBS cider vinegar and hot HOH for 10 min. Drain
3. Rinse and drain spinach.
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey S & P, drizzle in the olive oil a little at a time at the end. Toss with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
