Introduction

A low calorie pancake, is fluffy and very flavorful A low calorie pancake, is fluffy and very flavorful
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients


    1 large Egg
    3/4 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 Tbsp Margarine (melted)
    1 cup Flour
    1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar,
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    pinch salt
    1 Banana
    1 Tbsp pecans chopped

Directions

*1) beat egg until fluffy

2) Add milk and malted margarine

3) Chop pecans and slice banana into 1/4 inch slices

4) Add dry ingredients and pecans and mix well

5)heat heavy griddle or fry pan lightly sprayed with Pam

6)Pan is hot enough when when drop of water breaks into several smaller balls

7) Pour a 1/4 cup into pan and spread around.

8) When bubbles appear on surface and begin to break flip and cook
