    2 cups of Elephant Brand Basmati Rice
    1 cup of fresh broccoli chopped up
    1 cup of bean sprouts
    4 Fresh Salmon Fillets (small and narrow) cut into chunks
    2 Large Eggs Beaten
    1 Tbsp of Olive Oil


Boil rice as directed and heat a skillet separately with the olive oil in it. Once the skillet is warm put the chunks of salmon in with the two beaten eggs, once cooked add in the vegetables and simmer on low heat. Top rice with salmon and veggie mix and serve.
