Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp baking powder
    1 item(s) egg
    3 medium peach(es), (3 cups of slices - peeled)
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp table salt
    2 cup(s) blueberries
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup(s) sugar
    2 serving(s) Earth Balance Buttery stick, (1/8 cup- melted)
    2/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour

Directions

Combine flour, 1/4 c sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in unbeaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly.
Mike blueberries and peaches with 2 Tbsp sugar. Place blueberries and peaches in 2qt baking dish sprayed with oil. Sprinkle with topping.
Drizzle with melted margarine (use b/t 1-2 Tbsp)
Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
