    4 tbs whole wheat pastry flour
    4 tbs honey
    2 tbs carob
    2 egg whites (instead of 1 egg)
    3 tbs 2% milk
    3 tbs applesauce (instead of 3 tbs oil)
    splash of pure vanilla


Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well .
Add the egg white and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and applesauce and mix well.
Add the vanilla, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT!
