I made this tonight and it was very good! I added mushrooms, garlic and onion to the saute, and I substituted FF cottage cheese for the ricotta. I had to bake it at least 20 minutes longer than the directions said to, but it may have been my additions. Overall it was very good and flavorful! - 7/17/07

This is a great recipe liked by my family. I did the additions of onions and tomatoes. We took it on our picnic. I had to bake it a bit longer. It is delicious and could be used for a brunch, lunch, dinner, breakfast...very versatile. Thanks for sharing this recipe; it's a keeper! - 3/24/08

This is so good. Super low fat, but very, very tasty. My husband and I eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Especially good with sliced tomatoes on top. Yummy!! - 10/17/07
