Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup canola oil
    2/3 cup sugar
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal (not instant)
    1 cup dark chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

2 dozen cookies

In medium bowl stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt.
In large bowl blend in oil, sugars, then egg whites and vanilla.

Slowly add flour mixture to sugar, egg mixture. Then stir in oats, chips and nuts. Put bowl in refrigerator to chill while you turn oven on to 375 degrees. Spray two baking sheets.

Roll dough or scoop onto sheets. You can bake sheets together, just half way though switch racks and turn pans around. Bake 7-10 minutes.
