Perfect when you are planning a dinner out and need a light and nutritious lunch to pull you through and keep those blood sugars level. However the wrap is only limited by your imagination. Ingredients

    Crisp Iceberg lettuce leaves (2 - 3 Large) (dry)
    Add sliced all thinly sliced vegetables (substitutions encouraged)
    Drizzle salad dressing over veggies and then wrap the lettuse around the veggies to make a delicious sandwich.

Directions

This will make one serving and can be all cut and prepared and taken in a tupperware type salad bowl to work or school but should be put together right before you eat it for freshness and taste. Enjoy!
