Introduction

Good way to still drink smoothies in the winter time. Good way to still drink smoothies in the winter time.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 C. diced pear
    8 oz. water
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (I use Jay Robb's)
    1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
    Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Blend water, pear and powder, heat in saucepan or microwave, do not boil. Add flaxseed and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Tip: Do not "cook" flaxseed it looses it's good "stuff"
