Corn Bread Corn Bread
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    1/4 cup splenda
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup eggbeaters
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    4tsp baking powder

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine flour, sugar, salt, sift and add cornmeal and blend, In separate bowl combine egg, milk and blend; add 1/4 cup melted smart balance.

Stir in dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into 8" square greased pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
