A simple and quick dinner when you dont want to spend hours in the kitchen.

Takes about 30 minutes and makes about 6 1 & 1/4 servings

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz of pasta (pasta shells, rigatoni, rotini your choice)
    2 large chicken breast no skin
    2 tbsp of pesto
    2 tbsp of kraft fat free ranch
    2 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream
    2 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1 C of frozen spinach thawed and cooked
    1 C of broccoli frozen and cooked
    1 med slice of onion chooped

Directions

1. In a large pot boil water an cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Season chicken to taste and cook till meat is white an juices run clear.
3. Cook broccoli, onion and spinach into the chicken
4. Mix together pesto, ranch, sour cream, olive oil and garlic powder. then set aside
5. Mix cooked pasta, chicken, and veggies together in a large bowl.
6. microwave pesto mixture for 30 seconds then mix well into pasta mixture.

Serve with a side salad or favorite fruit (not included in nutritional info.)

Makes about 6 1 & 1/4 cup servings
