Introduction
This has a great combination of fruit, milk and fiber to create a good wake up and go meal. You can also substitute milk for soy milk if you want. Ingredients

Main Mix
3/4 cup Milk (2% or less)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup sliced Strawberries
1 large banana (slice it up)
4-5 Ice cubes
2 tbsp Fiber Mix (see below)
Fiber Mix
1 tsp flax seed
1 tsp wheat germ
1 tbsp oatmeal
1 tsp soy flour
Directions
1. Make Fiber Mix, combine flax seed, wheat germ, oatmeal and soy flour ( I use a coffee grinder to grind it down to a powder) and grind to a powder.
2. Slice banana, strawberries and combine with milk, ice and blueberries in a blender.
3. add in Fiber Mix to blended fruit and blend til combined.
Makes 1 - 16 oz serving
