2 cups cooked cauliflower
1 can Campbells 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup
3 oz. Chopped, cooked chicken
1 can water
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 cup peas
*TO TASTE*:
Garlic salt
Poultry seasoning
Onion powder
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Steam cauliflower, drain.
Add soup and water, bring to a simmer then mash with potato masher.
Add cooked chicken, celery, peas, parsley and seasoning.
Lower heat and let sit for about 5 min.
Makes about 5 1-cup servings.
