Introduction

This is one of my warm weather favorites. It is best eaten the day it's made, but will carry over one day. Ingredients

    One bunch broccoli-break off and use only florets
    One head cauliflower-break off and use only florets
    Mushrooms, avocado, tomato, onion, peppers and Italian dressing

Directions

Break off broccoli florets and cauliflower florets. Chop other item and stir into bowl, except seeds. Pour dressing over all. Cover and let marinate before serving any time from 30 minutes to 6 hrs. Before serving, sprinkle with seeds.
