    2/3 C. granulated Splenda
    2/3 C. Splenda brown sugar
    1 C. All Purpose Flour
    2/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. baking powder
    1 t. cinnamon
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg plus 1 egg white
    1/4 C. skim milk
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1 small box of raisins
    1/4 C. Regular (not instant) Oatmeal for topping


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and sift with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Pour into a loaf pan prepared with non stick coooking spray, top with the oatmeal and bake until toothpick inserted in center is mostly dry, but still moist. Makes 10 generous servings.
