    1 lb. Whole wheat pizza dough
    1 cup pizza sauce**
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp chopped oregano
    1 cup lowfat ricotta cheese*
    1 1/2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese*
    4 second spray Pam Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp olive oil

    *To reduce calories/fat, use fat free ricotta and fat free mozzarella
    **In place of premade pizza sauce, you can use plain canned ground or Italian style tomatoes, salt & pepper to taste, and some grated cheese.


Spray pizza stone/baking pan with 4 sec. spray of Pam Olive Oil spray. Stretch whole wheat dough (after allowing to rise for 4 hours) out for base. Spread 1 cup pizza sauce over dough, then sprinkle minced garlic & chopped oregano. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella (or place slices of mozzarella) over top evenly. Place ricotta cheese by spoonful on top. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp olive oil .

Bake at 450 for 20 to 25 mins., checking after 15 to see if bottom of crust is browned. Make 6 large slices.
