    2 (4 oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
    1 tsp minced garlic
    cooking spray
    green onions (optional garnish)


Lightly score a diamond pattrn on both sides of pork. Combine sugar and next 6 ingredients; rub evenly over pork.

Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
