Ingredients

    1 cup cooked carrots
    9 cooked whole wheat lasagna noodles
    3 cups 1% cottage cheese
    6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    12 oz lean ground beef, cooked
    3 cups Prego Spaghetti Sauce
    3 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 egg

Directions

Cook lean ground beef.
Drain and rinse off the fat from the beef.
Mix beef with the spaghetti sauce and carrots.
Spray Pam on the 9x9 inch cake pan.
Put a layer of beef mixture on the bottom of 9x9 inch cake pan.
Put three cooked lasagna noodles on top of the mixture.
Mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg together in a bowl.
Put the cottage cheese mixture on top of the lasagna noodles.
Put 3 lasagna noodles on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
Put the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the lasagna noodles.

Cover the lasagna with tin foil.
Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 min with tin foil on.
After the 60 minutes are up, take the tin foil off and then cook for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 12 servings.
