Introduction

This is a toned down recipe... the original called for a whole cup of oil so I substituted in half applesauce.

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    3 cups of all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    half cup of oil
    half cup of applesauce
    2 cups granulated sugar
    2 cups chopped ripe peaches.

Directions

Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda in bowl. Seperately mix the egg, sugar, oil and applesauce. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry until just mixed, then fold in the chopped peaches.
Bake 25 minutes at 350. or until knife inserted comes out clean.
You can also do this in a loaf and bake for an hour.

    sorry, I'll re-do it. I'm just getting started here and it seemed reasonable to me that Spark People would just transfer the measurements I added into the recipe calculator.
