Ingredients

    8 oz. Cooked Penne Pasta
    6 oz Turkey Kielbasa (Cut into Bit Size Slices)
    1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut into Cubes)
    2 Tbsp. Brummel and Brown Yogurt Butter
    2 Cups Nonfat Milk
    3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
    2 tsp Corn Starch
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Put Kielbaba and Chicken in pan with 1 tsp cajun seasoning and 1 tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup water. Cover and brown chicken and kielbasa about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups milk and 1 tbsp. butter. Add 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp old bay seasoning and 2 tsp cajun seasoning. Cover and tet simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 tsp corn starch to cold water in seperate bowl and mix well. Slowly pour in corn starch to mixture and let simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta and enjoy. Very Spicy! Makes 3 - 1 1/2 cup servings.
