Ingredients

one pizza dough, rolled out thin and in a rectangle shape
3 cooked chicken breasts ( I used a bit of garlic, lemon juice and cumin to flavour the chicken)
1/2 green pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 red pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
1/3c caesar salad dressing
1c shredded mozarella cheese
1/4c pasta sauce
Directions
*cook chicken in pan, let cool then shred into strips, then add salad dressing and mix, set aside.
* slice peppers and set aside
*shred cheese (or buy already shredded)
*preheat oven to 350 degrees
*flour work surface and roll pizza dough to 1/6in thick, and rectangular in shape
*spread pasta sauce on dough leaving 1/4 in around outside, then spread on chicken caesar mixture, peppers and cheese
*starting at one wide end, begin to roll the stromboli up
*you can use a bit of beaten egg and water to seal the edges and tuck the ends and seam under
*place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
*brush top with egg wash and cut a few slits in the top to let steam escape
*bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (if you want to put it in longer, you may want to cover top with foil so it doesn't burn)
*let stand for 10 min to set up cheese
