    Zesty Aioli Sauce

    1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
    1 TBS Lime Juice
    1/2 tsp lime zest
    1 tsp spicy brown mustard
    1 Garlic clove minced

    Salmon Burger
    14.5 oz can of Pink Salmon
    2 egg whites
    1 cup of Bread crumbs
    1/2 cup of Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
    1/2 red onion diced
    1 Jalapeno Pepper minced
    1/2 tsp cumin

    4 slices tomato


To prepare the ailoi: Combine the mayo, lime juice and zest and garlic mix and set aside.
Mash the salmon with a fork in a medium bowl. Add the egg whites, bread crumbs, yogurt, onion, pepper and cumin. Mix ingrediants and shape into four burgers.
Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray and cook the burgers over medium heat for six minutes turning once until crisp and brown.
Serve on wheat buns and top with aioli and tomato.
