Ingredients

    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup white wine (I used a talbe wine we had on hand which is a little sweeter than most)
    2 tbsp light cream
    1 lemon

Directions

Pour chicken broth in a skillet over medium low heat. Add white wine and let the alcohol cook out for a few minutes. Add cream and let cook for a few minutes. Grate a little lemon zest in to sauce. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon cut side up to make sure no seeds fall in the sauce. Let the sauce reduce and then pour over your choice of entree.
