Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ahi tuna(small dice)
    2 cups tomato(small dice)
    1 cup green onion(chopped)\
    1 small avacado(diced)
    1 Tble olive oil
    2 Tble Balsamic vinegar
    1-2 Tbls hot chili sauce(or tobasco) to taste
    3 Tbls low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 cup lightly packed cilantro(chopped)

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl...serve with potato chips or steamed rice. if you want super low cal- serve over mixed green and chopped cucumber.
