Ingredients

    *Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 16 oz ( 1 pound)
    *Beef Broth, (1 can)
    *Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup, (1 can)
    *Baby Carrots, 15 medium
    *Yellow Onion, Fresh (1 lg)
    *Water, tap, 3/4
    *Red Potatoes, Medium, 10 potatoes
    *McCormick's Slow Cooker Beef Stew Seasoning (low sodium), 2 tsp.

Directions

Dice onion, potatoes, carrots.
In crockpot, pour Beef Stew seasoning mix, golden mushroom soup, beef broth, and water. Mix well.
Add vegetables and beef stew. Stir well.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then turn to LOW for three hours.
Serves six.
