    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 6 clove (remove)
    Anchovy (anchovies), 8 anchovy (remove)
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 2 pepper (remove)

    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained (remove)
    Black Olives, 16 jumbo (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 840 grams (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 400 grams

Directions

cook pasta according to package directions; meanwhile prep all the other ingredients. saute onions in the olive oil, then chop and heat all the other ingredients ingredients through in a frying pan, then toss with the cooked drained pasta.

    Made this receipe for family exactly as suggested minus red paper flakes so that my little one could eat it. It was a huge hit. Don't worry about the anchovies, they add saltiness but this is not fishy at all - just gives a nice depth of flavor. Definitely a keeper! - 9/13/09
