    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Basil, .5 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, hard, 2 oz
    Lentils, 1 cup
    *Adobo, 1.5 tsp


Cook lentils according to the directions on packaging (should take around 45 min or so)

In separate dish, cook the onions in a little olive oil till soft on med heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 sec. Add the celery and onions and cook for 4-5 min. Add ground turkey and cook till no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, turn to low and cover. Let simmer for 30 min. Uncover and add parm and basil and let simmer for 5 min or so.

Put lentils on bottom of dish and pour ragu sauce over and serve.
