Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 cup, pieces or slices
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup
    *Albertson's nonfat sour cream, 12 tbsp
    *Barilla Whole Grain Spagetti, 4 serving
    *Summer Squash, thinly sliced, 1 large
    garlic salt and pepper taste

Directions

Brown meat and onion in oil. Add mushrooms(both types), squash, sour cream, and soup...cover and simmer until mushrooms done. Season to taste. Meanwhile boil 8oz pasta until al dente- drain and add to stroganoff. Mix well...makes 10 one cup servings
