    2 1/2 cups cooked cauliflower
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    3-6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
    salt and pepper


combine all ingredients and place in medium baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
