    1 1/2 cups diced extra lean ham
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    3 tbsp light butter
    1 tsp chicken bouilon granuales
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp pepper
    4.5 tbsp flour
    4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    2 2/3 cup skim milk


In a large skillet, saute ham and onion in butter for 3-4 minutes or until onion is tender-crisp.
Stir in bouillon, waorcestershire and pepper. Combine the flour and milk until smooth; gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Gently stir in eggs and some dried parsley.

Serve over warm biscuits
